Julia Bella graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law and has been licensed to practice since 2008.
Julia Bella practiced at the Wichita Public Defender's office for 7 years. There, she handled many different types of criminal matters including DWI's, assault, family violence, sex offenses, and murder.
Julia Bella is an active member of the Harris Country Criminal Lawyers Association, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Julia Bella is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is admitted to practice in the Northern District of Texas.
